Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were approachable, location was ideal very close to airport. I liked the place, especially my studio suite. It was brand-new and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Smooth check in and excellent service. Reception was nice.

I came here for 22 nights and had a comfortable stay. Located in the good zone, it was a superb base for long stay. Perfect service, healthy breakfast. Besides, the parking was on-site.

It was within walking distance to the Bur Juman Metro station, Bur Juman Mall, supermarkets, and the Creek. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to help out. Housekeeping went above and beyond and even left a towel art of two swans in our room, which was a mind-blowing surprise. The apartment itself was great, but be careful if you want a 2-bedroom as Golden Sands 10 is quite worn compared to Golden Sands 3. Despite that, the staff were still very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was fairly clean with courteous staff in explaining our booked room. the property's location was magnificent and ideal at the center. It was also so close to Dubai, and the nearest metro Burjuman & ADCB.
